Pork Tenderloin
with Apple Sauce
4 Golden Delicious apples, chopped
2 cups water
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 tsp. fresh grated ginger root
4 3/4-inch thick boneless pork tenderloin chops
Black pepper
In a 4-qt. pot over medium-high heat, add apples, water, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer at least 30 minutes.
Season pork tenderloin chops with black pepper or to taste. Grill on indoor grill pan or outdoor grill.
Top with apple sauce. Enjoy! |
