Did you know?

Here are a few tips to make your BBQ better:

Put these on the grill lightly coated with olive oil:

  • Small whole mushrooms
  • Whole asparagus stalks
  • Lengthwise strips of zucchini and/or yellow squash
  • Quarters of different colors of bell peppers
  • Lengthwise strips of peeled eggplant
  • ½ inch thick slices of onion, vidalias work very well
  • Fresh corn on the cob, stripped, cleaned of silk with the husks wrapped up around the cobs

When done to your taste, finish off with a spritz of balsamic vinegar and dust with chopped herbs.

Experiment – Be bold – Try different herbs and spices. You’ll get a reputation as “GRILLMEISTER.”
